LANDSCAPE + ENVIRONMENTAL designer, planner, historian
Work
I am a landscape designer, planner, preservationist and historian. I work with communities to achieve greater resilience, particularly in the face of climate change and development pressures that leave out community voices. I am also an educator and a tenured professor in the School of Architecture at USC where I lead an applied research and service-learning platform, called the Landscape Justice Initiative.
Let’s Work Together
My work is built on partnerships and networks of trust developed over time. Please reach out if you see an opportunity for collaboration or an urgent need for improved community resilience.
